PPCS Dust Collector | Bidragon Steel Silos

The PPCS series dust collector from Bidragon is an air-box pulse bag dust collector for industrial use, presented as silo auxiliary equipment. The product documentation describes a composition of a housing, an ash hopper, an ash discharge device, a frame and a pulse cleaning system.

The documented working process is as follows: dust-laden airflow first meets a slanted baffle in the middle, turns towards the ash hopper and slows down, coarse particles fall directly into the hopper by inertia as a pre-filtering step, the airflow rises through a metal frame, dust is collected on the surface of filter bags, cleaned air enters the upper clean-air chamber and is discharged through the outlet pipe, and cleaning is carried out chamber by chamber at set intervals. Each chamber has a lifting valve; during cleaning the lifting valve is closed and the airflow is cut off, the pulse valve opens and blows high-pressure air to remove dust from the filter bags, and the blowing width and frequency are automatically and continuously controlled by a dedicated program controller. This page covers the industrial PPCS range only. It does not cover woodworking dust collectors or retail dust collection products.

Applications

PPCS dust collectors serve silo tops, batching plants and industrial dust control points where a bag filter with pulse cleaning is required. The inquiry should state the dust type, the air volume, the temperature and the cleaning requirement, because the workable configuration depends on those values rather than on a generic dust collector figure.

How this product fits in a storage line

Silo equipment is normally planned together with the silos it serves. A dust collector must match the dust point, the air volume and the cleaning regime, and a forming machine must match the container sizes and coil it will form. A buyer comparing silo equipment should therefore state the duty, the material and the existing handling line in the inquiry, rather than relying on a generic equipment figure.

What to confirm in your inquiry

Because silo requirements depend on the material, the site and the handling system, the following items are confirmed per project before any quotation is issued. Sending these details with your inquiry helps the supplier respond with a workable proposal rather than a generic price.

Where a value is not listed on this page, it is not a standard figure for this product. It is a project-specific figure to be confirmed in writing during the inquiry process, and it should not be assumed from another product on this site.
